Block Programs

 

Now that you have finished your trial its time to move onto the next phase! You have the option of starting in a couple of different places depending on what you want to get out of the program, where your body is at and the time you have available. Please read the descriptions carefully to be able to make your choice!

Block 1 – 2 sessions per week | Block 1 – 3 sessions per week

If you started on Block 1 of the RR program but would like a bit more time to really cement the fundamentals of these 4 weeks you have the options to repeat this. In the program you have the choice of either 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on the time that you have available. You will get great changes with the 2 sessions per week and remember you need to be realistic with what you can fit in during the week. Make sure you don’t overreach here.

Block 2 – 2 sessions per week | Block 2 – 3 sessions per week

If you started on Block one of the RR program and are ready to take that next step this is the program for you! In the program you have the choice of either 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on the time that you have available. You will get great changes with the 2 sessions per week and remember you need to be realistic with what you can fit in during the week. Make sure you don’t overreach here.
