Welcome to your Run Resilience Trial

We have two different trial options depending on where you are in your running journey. These two trial options give you 2 x sessions per week to prep you for your race.

Have a read below and make sure you choose the one that is most appropriate for you.

Imbalance Buster

This program is aimed at runners who haven’t incorporated much strength into their program or have had a niggle/injury recently and are building back up.

Is this you?

1. Not done a whole lot of strength training

OR

2. Are coming back from an injury

OR

3. Have been plagued by niggles on and off but continued to run through

You could also have 2 or 3 of these issues 🙂

This program really builds with the foundations needed to improve your running.

Block 1

This program is aimed at runners who have been incorporating some strength training but nothing too structured and maybe not as specific as it could be for running. This journey will definitely highlight some area’s to target.

Is this you?

1. You’ve been doing the SAME strength program for forever

OR

2. You have been using Dr Google or gleaning from your gym buddies for what to do.

If you’ve had an injury lately we would recommend starting with the imbalance program and building the fundamentals first!
